How It Works

No waiting rooms. No guesswork. Five steps between where you are now and a plan built around you, reviewed by a licensed clinician the whole way through.

How It Works
The WalkOn Process

Tell Us Your Goal

You start by naming what you want to work on and where you're starting from. There's no wrong answer and no need to have it all figured out first. You just need a starting point.

Complete Your Online Consultation

A short set of questions about your health history, on your own schedule, from your phone or computer. No office visit, no time off work, no waiting room full of strangers.

Connect With a Provider

A licensed clinician reviews what you shared and evaluates whether treatment is medically appropriate for you. This is a real medical review, not a form that auto-approves everyone who fills it out.

Receive Your Personalized Treatment Plan

If your clinician determines treatment is right for you, your plan is built around your goal and your history, not a generic package. You'll know exactly what's included before anything ships.

Get Ongoing Support

Your care team stays reachable after your first shipment for questions, side effects, adjustments and refills. Getting started is one step. Staying supported is the rest of the process.

Pricing and Membership

WalkOn RX runs on one straightforward idea: you should know what something costs before you agree to it. No insurance is required, and there's no hidden fee waiting at checkout.

Pricing

Plans vary by treatment goal and by the plan your clinician recommends. You'll see your exact price before you're charged for anything.

What's included

Your online consultation, your clinician's review, your treatment plan (if approved) and ongoing support from your care team.

No insurance needed

WalkOn RX is not billed through insurance, which means no claims, no denials and no waiting on a third party to decide what you're allowed to do about your own health.

No hidden fees

The price you see reflects what you pay. Any changes to your plan, including refills or dose adjustments, are communicated clearly before you're charged.

Cancel or pause anytime

Manage your plan from your account, or contact your care team and they'll handle it.

Yes, at any time. You can pause or cancel from your account, or by contacting your care team. There’s no contract that locks you in and no penalty for stepping back if your needs change.

Not everyone is a fit for every treatment, and a licensed clinician will tell you honestly if that’s the case for you. If that happens, you won’t be charged for treatment you can’t receive, and your clinician can talk through what might be a better fit.

Once you’re on an approved plan, refills are managed through your account so you’re not restarting the process each time. Your clinician reviews your progress at appropriate intervals to make sure your plan still fits.

Your care team is reachable for questions about side effects, how you’re feeling on your plan or anything else that comes up. You’re not left waiting for your next scheduled check-in to raise a concern.

Your visit happens online, your packaging ships plain and your medical information is handled the way any medical record should be. What you’re being treated for is between you and your clinician.

It’s not a replacement for your primary care doctor, it’s a faster, more direct path to treatment for a specific goal, reviewed with the same medical seriousness. Many people use WalkOn RX alongside the care they already have.

Individual results vary. Prescriptions are issued only after review by a licensed clinician.
